REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms under which refunds are issued for all products and services (collectively, the "Products") offered by Syndra (the "Company"). By purchasing, accessing, or using any Products, the customer ("Customer") agrees to this Policy.
1. REFUND ELIGIBILITY
1.1 Upfront One-Time Costs
Refunds for upfront, one-time purchases are available for up to 7 calendar days after the purchase date. Refund requests must meet the criteria outlined in this Policy. (This does not apply to any one-time trial fees; trial fees are nonrefundable)
1.2 Subscription or Monthly Charges
All subscription or monthly charges are non-refundable. Customers may cancel subscriptions at any time, but charges for the current billing period will not be refunded.
2. POLICY CHANGES
Syndra reserves the right to modify or amend this Refund Policy at any time, without prior notice. Any changes to the Policy will be posted on the Company’s official website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
It is the responsibility of the Customer to review this Policy periodically for updates. By continuing to use Syndra’s Products after changes are made, the Customer agrees to the revised terms.
3. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
The Company’s total liability for any claims under this Policy shall not exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the Product.
Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, trading losses, or damages resulting from delays, interruptions, or system failures.
4. ADMINISTRATIVE FEES AND DEDUCTIONS
The Company reserves the right to deduct the following from any approved refund:
Processing Fee: A fee of up to 5% of the purchase price to cover administrative and transaction costs.
By purchasing any Products from Syndra, the Customer acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy.
